Agya Chakra - It is in the middle of the forehead between the two eyebrows.Except the two eyes normally human have , as it's in the middle of the two eye brows , it's also called as third eye. A strong Ajna Chakra ensures active intelligence - intelligence along with the ability to take action. The Ajna Chakra is the Master Chakra that controls all the other chakras . Stress, illness, emotional upset, or conflict all can cause blockages or imbalance in your chakra system. All of the seven chakras are interconnected; when one chakra experiences a blockage or imbalance, it affects all the others. To open your third eye , spend a few minutes meditating every day to increase your awareness and mental clarity and better connect with your third eye .
